Packers Versus Browns Preview | Ticket King Green Bay For Packers Tickets

As of right now, the Packers are a banged up and beat up football team. Brad Jones, Clay Matthews, Nick Perry, James Jones, and Randall Cobb are all, at the moment, sitting on the sidelines with injuries. This leads me to question number one.

Who will play on Sunday? Well, let’s start with who we know will not play. We know that Clay Matthews, Nick Perry, and Randall Cobb will not play. What about Brad Jones and James Jones though? If either plays neither of them will be at 100%. Simply put, other plays, such as Jamari Lattimore, who played in the place of Brad Jones last Sunday and play rather well, need to step up to plate. With the injuries to Cobb and James Jones, Jarrett Boykin needs to step up and show us all why the coaches all seem to like him so much.

Can the running game continue to build momentum? The Packers are 1 yard from having a 100 yards rusher in four straight weeks. All of a sudden, the running game and the offensive line are the strengths of this team at the moment? How did that happen? Regardless, McCarthy needs to continue to rely on this newfound dominant running game.

Will Aaron Rodgers start playing better this week? Rodgers has not played well at all recently. His overall numbers are down, and he is missing open pass catchers that he would never miss. Rodgers needs to get it going soon or the Packers will be in big trouble.

Overall, despite the injuries, and despite poor play from Rodgers, I still expect the Packers to win this game, but not by as much as I thought they would in the preseason. Final Score 31-20.

Sifting Through the Packers Injuries | Nick Perry Injured

They don't call the NFC North the "Black and Blue" division for no reason. After last weekends game the by week came at the perfect time for the ailing Packers. Sifting  through all the Packer's injured players could take you over an hour. Latest Packers added to the list are Pro Bowler Clay Matthews who hurt his hamstring once again and could miss a few week. Also Bryan Bulaga hurt his hip and could miss some time. Not to mention Jordy Nelson came in last weeks game with a bad hamstring and left the game early with an apparent ankle injury.

To add to this madness sounds like rookie Linebacker Nick Perry could miss the remainder of the season after getting wrist surgery Tuesday. I know the Packers go with the next man up motto, but pretty soon they will be out of bodies. The Packers don't play again till November 18th at the Detroit Lions. Ticket King Green Bay still has tickets to this road game. Lets make Ford Field into Lambeau East. Go Pack GO!!!

Packers Draft Grade B

Packers draft grade is a B according to Mel Kiper from ESPN. He thought  we needed to add pass rushers and that is just what the Packers did. Ted Thompson took a defensive player with his first six picks of the draft. Nick Perry linebacker and Jerel Worthy I think will be the best of the Packers draft class this year. Worthy is a beast from Michigan State and will have a chip on his shoulder from dropping to where he did in the draft.Ticket King  gives the Packers a B+ grade at this point. You never know how the draft grades will play out a year or two down the road. GO PACK GO!!!

Packers Draft Nick Perry

The Green Bay Packers desperately needed a pass rusher going into the draft and they got one with their first round pick. The packers drafted Nick Perry defensive end from USC. The Packers could have a dynamic duo from USC in Matthews and Perry getting after the quarterback. Ticket King Green Bay like the pick personally and hope he can contribute right away. Lets see what Ted Thompson can pull off the rest of the draft. He has a ton of picks to play with and I hope he moves up in the second and third round. GO PACK GO!!!
