Can Rodgers be better than Favre

I know this sounds crazy but can Aaron Rodgers go down as the best qb in Green Bay Packers history? I know Brett Favre has all the QB records but in Rodgers first two seasons he has out dueled Favre's first two seasons. I know Rodgers didn't start his career right away but i think he will have a better completion rating, less interceptions and better QB rating than Favre. Rodgers will have to play well into his 40's to pass all of Favre's records, but what if the NFL goes to an 18 game regular season? I think he has a shot. If Rodgers wins a Super Bowl I think he puts himself into the same breathe as Favre and Bart Starr. Below is a breakdown of their career so far:
You be the judge?????

Packer fans ecstatic with Pre Season play

Lambeau Field was rocking last night. The Packers went  toe to toe with Peyton Manning and the AFC Champs from last year and put a beat down on them 59-24. Lambeau leaps were plenty-full last night, and the Packers offense thus far looks like it is unstoppable for the most part. The third pre season game is the dress rehearsal for the regular season and the Pack stepped up on defense and on special teams which had been dreadful this pre season. Frank Zombo is turning heads with his play and I think will make the team as LB. I'm hoping the Pack keep the redheaded punter from Kentucky, he seems to punt better during games than practice. The Pack will have to make roster cuts very soon and I think the Packers will be cutting some very good players this year because the team has a lot of depth. One more pre season game till we kick off the 2010 regular season!!!! GO Pack!!!!!

Viking Country All Smiles

Minnesota Viking country are all smiles as of this past Tuesday when Brett Favre announced his comeback. Brett himself is all smiles too, because he can do whatever he wants, and the Vikings will put up with it. Thank god he is someone else's headache now. Even though he is annoying with his wishy washy decisions it sure does make for great TV. The Vikings defiantly went all or nothing with Favre this year, and it could come back to bite them. As for Ticket King Green Bay we are super pumped to see the Pack Vs the Vikes on October 24th at Lambeau Field. We would love to see Favre lose his last game at Lambeau Field. Also Ticket King Green Bay has WWE tickets for sale. Monday night raw is back at the Resch Center October 25th.

The Gray Eagle Has Landed

The Gray Eagle has landed in Minnesota! Good old Brett had a visit from three of his closest teammates today, and it looks like they talked him into coming back for a second season with the Vikings. Ticket King Green Bay can't wait to see Brett get his butt handed to him against the Pack this year.

Packers Practice 118 Degrees

The Green Bay Packers Practice felt like 118 degrees with their gear on. According to the team’s medical staff, which has equipment to measure these things on field, the temperature by the end of Thursday morning’s workout was 88 degrees, which doesn't sound that bad, and the heat index was 96 degrees, which is hot but no worse than earlier in camp.  The black bulb test which is read with the with the equipment in the picture to the left measured 118 degrees.  Cornerback Tramon Williams said this was about what a normal day in training camp was like when he played high school and college football in Louisiana. The Pack heat up with their first pre season game this Saturday at Lambeau Field. Ticket King still has a few sideline seats available for under-face value.

Training Camp News

The Green Bay Packers are trying a few players in a few new spots during training camp. They moved Brandon Chillar to outside linebacker and got Desmond Bishop on the field now at one of the inside line backing spots. Bishop has shown a lot of potential but hasn't sniffed the field due to the position he plays. As for the offensive side of the ball Daryn Colledge has gotten the majority of the snaps with the first team at left guard. Also the Pack want Matt Flynn to hold kicks for Mason Crosby. Ticket King Green Bay still has a few tickets to Family Night. We have tickets starting at $12 on the 40 yard line. The weather looks perfect for this Saturday, be a perfect day to take the family to Family Night!!!
