With Ladainian Tomlinson and Brian Westbrook both being released from their former teams, should the Packers go after either back? I think either back would be a great compliment to Ryan Grant and could catch a pass. This has been the chatter in Green Bay and online the past few days. Also wanted the Ticket King Green Bay fans to try and forget about winter for a moment and think about checking out Jimmy Buffett or Dave Matthews tickets at Alpine Valley this summer. Doesn't a cold beverage and a concert outside in the sun sound amazing right now?

Green Bay Packers Making Deals
The Green Bay Packers inked special teams ace Derrick Martin to a two year contract. He was set to be a free agent but the Packers jumped on resigning him before he could hit the open market. Martin is a stand out "special teamer" and adds depth at the safety position. Also the Packers are considering putting the franchise tag on Ryan Pickett. If the Pack franchise tag Pickett he will be due around $7.5 million for one season making him one of the top paid nose tackles in the NFL. I think it is a wise move even though Pickett doesn't play on passing downs and B.J. Raji is set to take his spot soon, Pickett on run downs is a stud. Also wanted to let all Ticket King Green Bay customers know we have a very few Rascal Flatts Resch Center tickets left for this Saturday's show. Order online 24/7 through our Ticket King website, or call our Green Bay office at (800)992-7328.

Green Bay Packer Free Agents
The Green Bay Packers have a few key unrestricted free agents this coming off season. The key players are Chad Clifton, Mark Tauscher, Aaron Kampman, Ryan Pickett and Ahman Green. I think the Packers should resign all of them but I could see each being let go. Clifton and Tauscher both are on their last legs, and Kampman is coming off season ending surgery and didn't seem to fit well in the Packers new 3-4 scheme defense. Picket could get phased out with B.J. Raji and Green is just a serviceable RB. We defiantly need to find youth at both offense tackle positions. Will have to see if frugal Ted Thompson will spend any of his $$$ to keep these key starters for a few years to come.

Chris Daughtry at the Resch Center
We have a limited amount of Chris Daughtry Tickets at the Resch Center for the May 21 concert. With Chris Daughtry releasing a new album and also being a American Idol contestant the show has sold like hotcakes. We even have a few front row floor seats left!!! We also have some Martina McBride tickets left for the March 27 show.
As for the Green Bay Packers it has been pretty quite like most off seasons for the Pack. I can't wait till April when the full NFL schedule comes out.

Green Bay Packers are Early Favorites to Win Super Bowl XLV
The Green Bay Packer's are among the early favorites to win Super Bowl XLV. According to Bodog SportsBook the Pack are 12-1 odds of winning the Super Bowl next year. The Indianapolis Colts and San Diego Chargers are the favorites coming in at 13-2 and 8-1 odds. With most of the Packer players returning next season I don't see why they cant make a deep playoff run.
Also we still have a few Disney On Ice Tickets left, don't miss out on the hottest show at the Resch Center.

Green Bay Packer's Raise Ticket Prices
The Green Bay Packers raised their ticket prices for the 2010 NFL season. The Packers sent out their invoices for payment earlier this year and are due on March 31. The Packers say the change was motivated by the expectation that there might be more season-ticket holders giving up their tickets, and not by a need to collect ticket money interest earlier. The Packers announced on Jan. 22 that the ticket prices would go up $8-$11 per ticket depending on the seat location. I don't think that the ticket increase will have much of an impact on Ticket King but time will only tell.
