The Green Bay Packers plan to add 6,600 seats to historic Lambeau Field. The best part tax payers won't have to kick in any money, the team is funding the $130 million dollar project. The seats will be in four levels in the south end zone. The prices haven't been set yet but are expected to range between the current cost for bowl seats, where the top price is $87, and club seats, where the top price is $313. The project also includes a new rooftop viewing terrace that club-seat holders can use on game days, along with new gates, elevators and access points for people with disabilities. Ticket King will defiantly be selling these new seats. Lambeau Field just got a little LOUDER!!!

Brett Favre watching Packer Practice???

For the record, that was not retired Green Bay Packers quarterback Brett Favre watching practice and signing autographs in Green Bay last week.
It was Kirk Ermatinger of Ripon.
WGBA-TV of Green Bay tracked down the 47-year-old, who said he was surprised to see his picture all over the Internet.
Ermatinger, who resembles Favre and was wearing a No. 4 jersey because it's the only Packers jersey he owns, said he wasn't trying to deceive anyone.

Green Bay Packers to White House

The Green Bay Packers denied the traditional trip to the White House for being the Super Bowl Champions, finally get their time on August 12. None will likely be more excited than cornerback Charles Woodson, who playfully chided Obama last season for not supporting the Packers in the Super Bowl after they beat Obama's Chicago Bears in the NFC title game.
