Packers Mock Draft 2015 | Seven Rounds of Our Best Guesses

Now that the free agent period has settled down, we thought it would be time to update the Packers mock draft, as there are changes that need to be made following the free agent period.  Green Bay will most likely need help in the secondary, and might pick up a tight end. Will Green Bay do as they have done for years, and draft their way to success?

Round 1: Marcus Peters/CB/Washington- With the return of Letroy Guion and B.J. Raji, the Packers no longer need to be desperate for a defensive tackle. However, the Packers did lose both of their corners in free agency, Davon House and Tramon Williams. The Packers will need to draft a cornerback high, possibly even first. Peters is slated to go late first, and makes sense for the Packers defensive scheme.

Round 2: Carl Davis/DT/Iowa- The Packers don't need to be desperate for a nose guard, but they should draft one high. Davis is a big body who has fallen a little on the boards, and would make sense for the Packers in round two if he is still there when they are on the clock.

Round 3: Denzel Perryman/ILB/Miami- The Packers inside linebacker situation has been a problem for years. This past season, Matthews looked great after being moved inside. Still, they need another one, Perryman has the skill to play in the NFL at a high level, and would make sense here.

Round 4: Eric Rowe/CB/Utah- The Packers need to not just add one corner in this draft, but preferably two now based on what happened in free agency. Rowe is a nice big body for a corner who could be the nickel or dime back as a rookie.

Round 5: Blake Bell/TE/Oklahoma- Formerly a quarterback, Bell is a terrific athlete who could add some unique depth to the Packers tight end position.

Round 6A: Ben Beckwith/OL/Mississippi State- Late in the draft, most teams add an offensive lineman somewhere for depth. Beckwith has good size and could be a good project.

Round 6B: Josh Robinson/RB/Mississippi State- The Packers need find a third running back at some point in this draft. Robinson could be that guy.

Round 6C: Joey Mbu/DT/Houston- The Packers were really thin last year along the defensive line. Mbu has nice size and can play both inside and out.

Round 7: Tevin McDonald/FS/Eastern Washington- The Packers have three good safeties right now. They should add a fourth for depth.

The Zac Brown Band is based out of Atlanta Georgia, and they were founded in the year 2002. The founding member, and band leader himself, Zac Brown, was given a guitar as a young child and taught to play by one of his Stepfather's patients. Over time, the band just got bigger and bigger. The group now features Zac Brown, Jimmy De Martini, John Driskell Hopkins, Coy Bowles, Chris Fryar, Clay Cook, Matt Mangano, and Daniel de los Reyes. Throughout their history, the band has won eight major awards, including best new artist, top country song, and performance of the year.

Zac Brown Discography

The band has released four albums, the last three of which have been under the Atlantic Records label. Their first album was released in 2008 under the Big Picture Records label, and it was called The Foundation. The next three, You Get What You Give, released in 2010, Uncaged, released in 2012, and Jekyll + Hyde, released this year, were all released under the Atlantic Records label. In fact, the group has an upcoming tour, titled “Jekyll + Hyde,” and it will begin at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN on May 1.

Some of the group’s most popular songs include, Chicken Fried, Toes, Highway 20 Ride, and Colder Weather. However, the group is also known for performing duets with other groups and artists. In 2008 they won a Grammy Award for performing “As She's Walking Away” with the legendary Alan Jackson, who is one of the biggest country music names ever. Bears 2015 Mock Draft | Ticket King Green Bay

Bears Mock Draft
So far this off season we have been doing mock drafts for the NFC North. Next up, it's the Chicago Bears.  Chicago traded Matt Forte, and kept Jay Cutler on the payroll. Unless, they decide to pay Jay the 10 million guarantee and cut their losses, he’s going to be back in the lineup for 2015. So my mock draft doesn’t include a QB in the first round.

Round One: Danny Shelton/DT/Washington- The Bears so called “three biggest needs” come draft day will be cornerback, safety, and outside linebacker. However their biggest need may be defensive tackle. They played in a division in which they will continue to lose games to teams with great rushing attacks unless they can stop the run. Shelton solves this problem for the Bears.

Round Two: Eli Harold/OLB/Virginia- The Bears need to work on their defense in this draft. That is no secret. Next in line would be their outside linebacker. Harold is an athletic but needs to bulk up. He could still come in and be the day one started, and will be expected to be, if he is drafted here.

Round Three: Anthony Harris/S/Virginia- As we go down the list of defensive needs, next up for the Bears is safety. In fact, Harold's teammate, Anthony Harris, makes perfect sense here. The Bears need to build up that secondary, or they will never be able to beat Matthew Stafford and Aaron Rodgers consistently. Harris is a good start.

Round Four: Steven Nelson/CB/Oregon State- Next up on the list of defensive needs is cornerback. See the reason above as to why. Nelson has a nice build for someone of his size and get can physical with the likes Golden Tate and Jordy Nelson. He lacks ideal size, but we say that about many corners, and that's never stopped a lot of them from having great careers.

Round Five: Kenny Bell/WR/Nebraska- Even though wide receiver isn't really a huge need, the Bears, plain and simply put, should grab one in this deep receiver draft, possibly the deepest in history.

Round Six: Karlos Williams/RB/Florida State- Matt Forte is one of the better runners in the league, but he is not getting any younger. Not saying Williams is the next great Bears back, but he will certainly help.

Round Seven: Brandon Bridge/QB/South Alabama- The Bears need to develop a quarterback. Bridge has skills but played at South Alabama.

Ticket King Green Bay Dives Into the "Mock Draft" Mess | Detroit Lions

Lions Mock Draft 2015
When spring rolls around, it's a great time to look into the NFL draft. Since the Lions lost Suh to free agency, will they where will they look for a replacement? Are there bigger concerns for the team? To some, the loss of Suh means that the Lions will have to use up a first or second round pick to replace the "best tackle in the NFC." We think that Detroit will take a defensive tackle in the second round. The team will be hard pressed to find another solid corner back, seeing that they struggled against our Green Bay wide-outs in 2014.  So, without much more fanfare, here is our Ticket King Green Bay - Mock Draft II.  The Detroit Lions!

Round One: Kevin Johnson/CB/Wake Forest- The Lions are in a bad spot for their needs in the draft. It more likely they trade this choice than keep it. If they do keep it, they should zero in on Kevin Johnson, a corner back from Wake Forest who fills a need and is rising up the draft boards.

Round Two:  Michael Bennett/DT/Ohio State- Ndamukong Suh just signed a massive contract with the Dolphins, six years, 114 million to be exact. That leaves a huge hole, literally, in the Lions defense. They will need to replace Suh in the middle and Bennett could do that.

Round Three: Tre McBride/WR/William & Mary- The Lions need to continue to diversify their passing game. McBride would be another piece to that and could take pressure off of Calvin Johnson and Golden Tate.

Round Four: Josue Matias/OG/Florida State- The Lions need to add some depth to their offensive line and Matias has the size to play both inside and out.

Round Five: Karlos Williams/RB/Florida State- The Lions released Reggie Bush earlier this offseason and they will need some insurance in case what they are depending on doesn’t happen. Williams is a ncie big back who could be just that.

Round Six: Xzavier Dickson/LB/Alabama- The Lions need to add some depth to an olderish linebacking unit. Dickson could provide that depth.

Round Seven: Shane Carden/QB/East Carolina- The Lions need to develop a project at quarterback one of these days. Carden has an interesting skill set.

Vikings Mock Draft 2015 | Ticket King Green Bay

NFL Combine 2015
Well, the NFL Combine is over, which means it is time to go mock draft nuts. Let’s begin with the Packers main rival, the Minnesota Vikings

Round One: Vic Beasley/OLB/Clemson- The Minnesota Vikings drafted Anthony Barr a year ago, and he did a great job. Still, they need more at the linebacker position. Beasley is a super athlete who could be a great outside linebacker in a 4-3 scheme in this league.

Round Two: Ty Sambrailo/OT/Colorado State- The Minnesota Vikings offensive line as is, was designed to do one thing, block for Adrian Peterson. Last season, they all of a sudden had to become a pass blocking team, and it showed just how not designed for pass blocking they were. Peterson is on his way out, so that means this line needs to be remade to block for Teddy “Two Gloves” Bridgewater. Sambrailo is an ideal pass blocker and could become the long term answer to protecting Bridgewater’s backside.

Round Three: David Johnson/RB/Northern Iowa- With Peterson on his way out the door, the Vikings will need a running back to pair with Jerrick McKinnon. From what we understand, the Vikings are very interested in David Johnson and he would fit well. Also look for David Cobb to be a candidate in this spot.

Round Four: Ramik Wilson/ILB/Georgia- We understand this is the second linebacker already for the Vikings in this mock draft. However, you all need to think about this. The Vikings are going to continue to lose divisional games unless they can tackle Eddie Lacy, James Starts, Matt Forte, and Joique Bell.

Round Five: Vince Mayle/WR/Washington State- With Teddy Bridgewater in place, the Vikings need to add young weapons for him to throw to. Mayle could be the start of that and has nice size.

Round Six: Adam Shead/OG/Oklahoma- Late in the draft somewhere, most teams usually find an offensive line project who can add some depth and play multiple positions. Shead is a massive human being who could be just that.

Round Seven: Tyler Heinicke/QB/Old Dominion- It may not be a bad idea for the Vikings to find a project to develop as a future backup. Heinicke could be that project.
