Packers 2015 Mock Draft | Ticket King Green Bay

Packers 2015 mock draft
Every year around this time, I like to do a way to early mock draft for the Green Bay Packers. This year, it appears as if they are staring at needs at defensive tackle, inside linebacker, and right guard.

Round One: Ellis McCarthy/DT/UCLA- The Packers need to find a long term solution at nose tackle as with his season ending injury, it appears as if the Packers are ready to move on without B.J. Raji. At 6’4”, 330 pounds, Ellis McCarthy would be perfect for the Packers 3-4 hybrid scheme.

Round Two: Denzel Perryman/ILB/Miami- The Packers have been playing games with their inside linebackers long enough. Here you go. To the bench goes Hawk or Jones.

Round Three: Corey Robinson/OT/South Carolina- We know a lot of people like Brian Bulaga, but it is time for the Packers to cut bait and move on. Robinson is  big massive man who would fit well on the right side.

Round Four: Eric Rowe/CB/Utah- There is no knowing how long Tramon Williams will be in a Packers uniform for, as he is aging fast. Heyward or House will slide into the starter spot and Rowe could pick up the slack behind them.

Round Five: Wes Saxton/TE/South Alabama- Ted Thompson loves his small school guys, and Saxton is an interesting project at tight end.

Round Six: Jeffery Whitaker/DT/Auburn- The Packers could also use some depth at nose tackle. Whitaker is another wide body that would fit well in this scheme.

Round Seven: Leon Brown/OG/OT/Alabama- Every team late in the draft tries to find a swingman for their offensive line that can provide depth.
