Retire Favre's Number
President Mark Murphy stated “Eventually, he’ll come back into the fold. We are going to retire his number,” Murphy said to a round of applause. “He deserves that for what he did as a Packer. … There are very few players in our history that had their number retired. He deserves it though. But it’s a very, very meaningful honor and we want to do it at a time when it’s meaningful for both him and the organization. “I think it’s probably going to be a few years. We want to make sure that he’s really retired first. I agree with Mark Murphy that his number should be retired for what he did for the Green Bay Packer organization.

Packer's Report Record Revenue
The Green Bay Packers made more money this past season than they did the year before. The Packer's financial results are public to all because they are the only NFL team publicly owned. The Packers reports a 258 million in revenue and 5.2 million net income. The team is still concerned with the player's salary going up each year and with the Packers being a small market team they must spend their money wisely. “Player costs continue to grow at a rate faster than our revenue,” said Mark Murphy, president and CEO. Ticket King Green Bay is getting amped up for the football season and it is right around the corner. The Pack start training camp very soon.Friday, March 26, 2010
Green Bay Packer's Tailgate Tour

The Green Bay Packers announced that they will be on tour for their fifth tailgate tour, set for May 11-14. They will be traveling to Rhinelander(my hometown), Chippewa Falls, Reedsburg and Milwaukee. Basically they go around to the different cities and give a thanks to the fans and hang out and tailgate. Some of the traveling Packers will be Mark Murphy,Chad Clifton,Nick Collins, James Jones and John Kuhn. I think its pretty neat that some of the players take time out of their busy schedule to give back to the die hard fans. Also Ticket King Green Bay still has tickets available for Elton John.

NFL Changes OT Rules/Martina McBride Tix Below Face

The NFL changed it's format for how overtime is played during the Playoffs. The new rule would ensure both teams will get a chance to possess the ball unless the team that wins the coin toss scores a touchdown. There also are a few other stipulations for OT rules as well. The vote was 28-4 in favor of the new change. The Green Bay Packers Mark Murphy voted in favor of the change. I'm a fan of the change but I believe that they should do the change for the regular season as well, because those games mean just as much to get into the playoffs. Also this Saturday Ticket King Green Bay has a few Martina McBride tickets left below face value.
