For McCartney, this will be his first performance in three years in Milwaukee, as he last played at Miller Park in 2013. The Summerfest stop will be part of McCartney's “One on One” tour, which will begin April 13 in Fresno, California and will end on August 17 in Cleveland, Ohio. Stops in between will include places like Vancouver, Minneapolis, Sioux Falls, Boston, Washington D.C., and St. Louis. Songs expected to be played include A Hard Day's Night, Let Me Roll It, I've Got A Felling, Here There and Everywhere, and Letting Go.

As many people know, McCartney got his start as the bassist in the legendary rock group The Beatles. Together with George Harrison, John Lennon, and Ringo Starr as the other three principal members, the group took the world by storm in the 1960's and currently stand as one of the three greatest selling music acts in history along with Elvis Presley and Garth Brooks. Of the four, only Starr and McCartney are alive today. Since the group's 1970 breakup, McCartney has gone on to a great solo career, releasing 17 solo albums to date, with the most recent being New, released in 2013. He also recorded seven albums during the 1970's with the group Wings.
